MY HUSBAND WANTS A LEGAL SEPARATION AND WE both have filed for divorce because I thought he was filing and I didnt want to lose my kids they are 8 and 5 he wants to try this but he wants to divide the kids him have them mon, tues, wed, thurs, and me have them fri, sat, and sun I dont agree because I wouldnt see or be apart of my kids life while they are in school should I do this or will it look like I have given up my kids. Also would this be a waste of my time.
