Restraining Order

I am considering a restraining order against my spouse, i have 2 children that i have the legal custody of from Hawaii. she continues to threaten me with social services and to have my children fostered from me. my children do not agree and this is a continuing outburst from and threats from her. what can i do if in fact she does call social services and what generally is there approach to a situation like this.
