legal separation


I live in Minnesota. Been married for over 20 years-worked for about 8 of them. My husband told me I have no rights. That he can do and spend however he wants. I have financial and serious medical issues here, and I'm very tired of his attitude and his behavior. There is no fixing/going back for me. I want move on already. My health is my biggest thing right now and I'm not getting any younger. He has pension , retirement, and social security.According to him, I don't get anything. Please help me!
