Legal Separation and Debts
If my husband applied for a credit card during our marriage and the credit card is only in his name, and he incurred debt, will I be responsible for that debt if we divorced? Also, am I responsible for his student loans incurred (also in his name)during our marriage? I live in Connecticut. Thank you.
