If one of the parents leaves the spouse and the minor children, is it considered abandonment in the eyes of Louisiana law?

I live in Minnesota. Been married for over 20 years-worked for about 8 of them. My husband told me I have no rights. That he can do and spend however he wants. I have financial and serious medical issues here, and I'm very tired of his attitude and his behavior. There is no fixing/going back for me. I want move on already. My health is my biggest thing right now and I'm not getting any younger. He has pension , retirement, and social security.According to him, I don't get anything. Please help me!

About Separation

hello my wife and i have been seprated for 8 month now and she have been dating with different guys currently in a relationship with a guy. is she wrong for in relationship while in marriage? my agree she should wait till if we get work out or get divcore then she can do whatever she wants once divcore. ANY ADVICE?

Legal Seperation

I would like to know in the stae of Louisiana when you are legally separated are you allowed to date people and have sexual relationships with other people since you are still considered married just not living together?

Advice for a friend

My neighbor is 30 and just signed a legal seperation for her husband. It states he gets every thing .Money ,cars. furniture etc. Now is their any thing she can do I advised her I don't think so what do you say. She is young only been married 1 1/2.
